| Timing | The sessions will now start and end on a bell, not the buzzer system. This is to extend the time between sessions which enables staff to sanitize the equipment. Access to the rinks is not permitted before the alloted time or before all previous players are off the rink. Session times are now:-

| One Way System | The main entrance to the club is to be used for entry only. The double doors by the dining area are to be used for exit. Entry to the rinks is to be by the bar area (By rink 5). Exit from the rinks is to be by the scoreboard end (By rink 1) |
| Occupancy | There are to be no more than six players (a triple) per rink. This applies to ALL matches. |
| Booking | Rinks must be booked in advance. |
| Test & Trace | All players and markers must take their temperature and sign in on arrival. Please sign in even if you are using the NHS COVID-19 app. |
| Clothing | The dress code is relaxed for this season, but proper shoes must be worn. |
| Changing Ends | Players should pass each other on opposite sides of the rink when changing ends. Please use adjacent rinks, if they are free, to enhance distancing. |
| Facilities | The toilets are open, for use by 3 persons at a time. Please use the sanitiser provided. The changing rooms are closed. Equipment should be removed from lockers. |
| Bar & Food | Please be seated, there will be table service. The "Rule Of Six" applies - no more than six people per table. There are eight numbered tables set for six people in the eating area - one per rink. Please use the table for the rink on which you are about to play or have just played. |
| Payments | Please pay by card if possible. Additional contactless card readers have been procured |
| Equipment | We recommend that only one person per rink touches the jack and mat. Also the scorecard, if one is used. Also, each player should touch only their own woods and use their own measure. Woods should not be touched to be chalked. Use spray or nominate. Pedal bins are provided for safe disposal of sanitising wipes. |
